This website incorporates several Quick Estimate Shipping Calculators. US Post Office, FedEx and UPS are all changing rates, adding fuel surcharges, and even changing rates based on box lengths and shapes – it’s not just high gas prices at the pump affecting drivers – it’s impacting shipping prices all across the board.
Fuel surcharges are being adjusted weekly, depending on average gas prices for diesel fuel and also additional charges for the type of shipments, package weights and even shapes and lengths. This means shipping costs are automatically calculated with approximate shipping charges based on your “ship to” address for smaller items, small packages, and other types of normal ground shipments such as UPS, FedEx and USPS.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS – which include most items shown and offered are not returnable. If you are not sure of the item needed or wanted – please email and verify with our product parts FREE PARTS ID SERVICE or send us a sample if you are in doubt. For Non-Special-Order Items, the Original item or items MUST be returned first with an RA# provided by us, in order to exchange defective or damaged parts.
We will not replace merchandise (without charge) unless the item is returned at the time of exchange. If merchandise is defective, the customer will be refunded the full replacement part price after parts are returned and tested.
We have 48 hours from the time of delivery to file a damage claim with UPS / FedEx / USPS, so please inspect all packages at the time of delivery and always confirm the item box count before signing the driver’s paperwork to be certain you are not signing for boxes you did not receive. If boxes are “damaged” please note any damages or shortages on the driver’s paperwork. Simply refuse any package with significant exterior damage.
Defective and/or Faulty, DOA (dead-on-arrival) or incorrect merchandise shipments will be picked up at our cost for replacement or refund. Please call for a return Authorization Number. All warranted merchandise must be returned within warranty time limit provided by the manufacturer as per their instructions.
Warranty periods vary by manufacturers. Returns must be processed to proper authorized return facility or destination. Please call for a Return Authorization Number. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased you may return the product for a refund within 10 days of purchase, provided it is not a special-order item.
There is a 25% restocking fee on all non- special-order products returned. Merchandise needs to be in new condition and in the original unopened or unused packaging. If merchandise is in used or worn condition we will not accept returns or issue refunds.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Special Order Weather Strip, Glazing Bead or other products which must be cut to size, cut for shipping purposes etc. are considered special order cut-goods and re-stocking charges range from 25% to 50% depending on items purchased. Shipping costs are not refundable.
