This Shipping Policy explains how ALL WINDOW DOOR PARTS handles shipping rates, delivery requirements, damaged shipments, and return procedures. Please review the details below before placing your order.
1. Overview
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout using real‑time rates from USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carriers adjust prices frequently based on fuel surcharges, package size, weight, and destination, so shipping estimates may vary. Our system provides the most accurate rate available at the time of purchase.
2. Signature Requirements
For security and fraud‑prevention purposes, orders exceeding certain monetary values require a signature upon delivery. If the carrier does not require a signature for your shipment, the package will be delivered as usual to your address.
Once a package is marked Delivered by USPS, UPS, or FedEx, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
3. Returns & Return Authorization (RA#)
Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by calling 719‑531‑0961 or emailing Info@AllWindowDoorParts.com.
Special‑Order Items
Most items we sell are considered special order and cannot be returned. If you are unsure about a part, please use our FREE Parts ID Service before purchasing.
Non‑Special‑Order Items
For eligible items:

The original product must be returned first with the RA#

Items must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging

A 25% restocking fee applies

Shipping charges are non‑refundable
Used, installed, or damaged items cannot be returned.
4. Damaged Shipments
We have 48 hours from delivery to file a damage claim with UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Please inspect all packages immediately upon arrival.
If you notice damage:

Note the damage on the driver’s paperwork

Confirm the number of boxes received

Refuse delivery if the package shows significant exterior damage
For defective, incorrect, or DOA (dead‑on‑arrival) items, we will arrange pickup and replacement at our cost once an RA# is issued.
5. Warranty Returns
Warranty periods vary by manufacturer. All warranty returns must follow the manufacturer’s guidelines and be sent to the correct authorized return facility. Contact us for an RA# before shipping any warranty item.
6. Cut‑to‑Size & Custom Items
Products such as:

Cut‑length materials

Oversized or custom‑cut goods
are considered special‑order cut goods and are non‑returnable. Restocking fees for these items range from 25% to 50%, depending on the product.
Shipping charges for these items are not refundable.
